Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely using the Ceridian Dayforce platform
• Prepare financial reports, journal entries, and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze financial results and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of payroll management experience in a multi-state environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and reporting
• Experience with garnishments, levies, and liens
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analytical reporting
