Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant - Doctor Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for providers
Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments and maintain documentation of methodologies and compliance reviews
Assist with budget forecasting, compensation tracking systems, and financial audits

Required Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
