Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant to manage and process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing across multiple countries in collaboration with the payroll service provider
• Review payroll calculations and maintain employee payroll records
• Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, HR, or accounting roles
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Strong knowledge of international payroll processes and tax regulations
• Experience with payroll software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
