Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accountant to join a transformational team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for 6,000 employees across 30 unions and 30 pay groups
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in multi-state payroll
• Recent experience with ADP Workforce Now (Enterprise V5)
• Union payroll experience is strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax and compliance issues
