Job Summary

Working remotely and requiring alignment with MST AZ hours, the contract Payroll Accounting Analyst will provide enterprise payroll support and analysis, focusing on payroll account reconciliation and auditing within a large payroll environment of 10,000+ employees.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct payroll account reconciliation and auditing for large enterprise payroll systems
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and provide funding and settlement support
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for large data analysis and payroll accounting support

Required qualifications

• Experience in large enterprise payroll environments with 10,000+ employees
• Proven payroll account reconciliation and auditing experience
• Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise HCM/payroll systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Background in payroll balancing and discrepancies research
