Payroll Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Payroll and Equity).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced payroll providers and ensure accurate payroll accounting across multiple geographies
• Oversee global equity administration and ensure accurate accounting of stock-based compensation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for compliance and support audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate and payroll accounting
• Preferred 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP S/4Hana, and ADP Workforce Now
