Payroll Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accounting Manager, this temporary position will manage outsourced payroll providers, oversee the full cycle of payroll accounting, and support equity administration using Carta, all while collaborating with internal and external partners in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outsourced payroll providers and ensure timely recording of payroll-related journal entries
• Oversee global equity administration and ensure accurate accounting of stock-based compensation
• Handle monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, while monitoring compliance with payroll tax regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting with a focus on payroll accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in all MS Office tools and G-Suite
• Experience in an international multi-entity environment managing outside service providers
