Payroll Accounting Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payroll Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive gaps to identify new product features and process improvements
• Collaborate with various business partners to integrate requirements into the product roadmap and provide project updates
• Coordinate with Software Engineering, UX, and Quality Assurance teams to develop and roll out new customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Payroll, or HCM domains
• Proven success in leading product teams and driving the entire product lifecycle
• Experience in mapping user journeys and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Strong motivation and organizational skills in a fast-paced agile environment
