Payroll Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Accounting Manager for a short-term remote project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review and validate payroll transactions and journal entries
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between payroll records and general ledger

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll accounting and account reconciliation
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and ADP payroll systems is mandatory
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits accounting, and general ledger integration
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
