Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll, including complex deductions and personnel record maintenance
- Manage equity-related payroll tasks and ensure compliance with tax jurisdictions
- Perform payroll audits, prepare year-end reports, and handle payroll-related audit requests
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll or related accounting/finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., Namely/ADP/Dayforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related financial systems
