Job Summary
Coordinating workforce administration processes, the part-time or full-time Payroll Administrator will manage consultant time collection, payroll submissions, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle activities in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer weekly timesheet collection and ensure accurate payroll processing for staff and consultants
- Coordinate employee benefit enrollments and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities while maintaining workforce records and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll administration, workforce operations, HR administration, or related experience
- Experience supporting outsourced payroll providers or Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
