Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities
  • Maintain employee PTO balances, benefit payroll deductions, and garnishments

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience processing payroll
  • Solid understanding of federal and state wage and hour laws
  • Experience working in an accounting environment
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Proficient with Paychex payroll system
