Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute semi-monthly payroll processes for 200+ employees
- Coordinate employee data maintenance and compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Prepare payroll reports, filings, and assist with financial reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three plus years of payroll experience with multi-state taxation knowledge
- Experience with large-scale payroll processes and integrated payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
- Experience with JAMIS, Paychex, or ADP preferred
