Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute semi-monthly payroll processes for 200+ employees
  • Coordinate employee data maintenance and compliance with payroll tax regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports, filings, and assist with financial reporting as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Three plus years of payroll experience with multi-state taxation knowledge
  • Experience with large-scale payroll processes and integrated payroll systems
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
  • Experience with JAMIS, Paychex, or ADP preferred
