Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll/HRIS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process biweekly multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll laws
  • Manage and customize HRIS, ensuring accurate data and providing technical support to users
  • Facilitate audits and collaborate with Finance on payroll-related data and reports
Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of payroll processing experience or equivalent education and experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience with ADP
  • Thorough understanding of payroll functions and information systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
