Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll/HRIS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll laws
- Manage and customize HRIS, ensuring accurate data and providing technical support to users
- Facilitate audits and collaborate with Finance on payroll-related data and reports
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of payroll processing experience or equivalent education and experience
- A minimum of three years of experience with ADP
- Thorough understanding of payroll functions and information systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
