Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll updates, including issuing paychecks and handling deductions and tax deposits
- Maintain data within HRMS for accurate payroll processing and assist with year-end W-2 data
- Run internal payroll processes and create necessary reports for compliance and error management
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of payroll experience in a comparable organization is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Pivot Tables and Macros
- FPC or CPP certification is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
