Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll updates, including issuing paychecks and handling deductions and tax deposits
  • Maintain data within HRMS for accurate payroll processing and assist with year-end W-2 data
  • Run internal payroll processes and create necessary reports for compliance and error management
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of payroll experience in a comparable organization is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Pivot Tables and Macros
  • FPC or CPP certification is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
