Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrator, Payroll to manage payroll-related tasks and support associates with pay issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist business partners and associates with pay issues, including entry, auditing, and validating payroll information
- Responsible for payroll item entry, adjustments, and reviewing payroll during processing
- Administer Workers Comp inquiries and ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of multi-jurisdictional payroll experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with major human capital management systems is a plus
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and IRS tax rules
