Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrator, Payroll to manage payroll-related tasks and support associates with pay issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist business partners and associates with pay issues, including entry, auditing, and validating payroll information
  • Responsible for payroll item entry, adjustments, and reviewing payroll during processing
  • Administer Workers Comp inquiries and ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of multi-jurisdictional payroll experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with major human capital management systems is a plus
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and IRS tax rules
