Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrator, Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist business partners and associates with pay issues, including auditing and updating timecards
- Entry of payroll items and adjustments, balancing hours between Time and Labor Management and Payroll
- Administer Workers Comp inquiries and ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2 years of multi-jurisdictional payroll experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with major human capital management systems is a plus
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and IRS tax rules
