Job Summary

Supporting payroll operations and benefits administration, the full-time Payroll & Benefits Administrator will manage biweekly payroll processing, maintain HRIS records, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Process biweekly payroll, including validation of employee data and adjustments, while improving payroll efficiency
  • Maintain payroll records and monitor payroll tax filings to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage the employee benefits lifecycle, including enrollments and administration of HSA and 401(k) plans
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll and payroll taxes
  • Knowledge of the FLSA and state payroll regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technologies, including web-based payroll/HRIS; experience with Paylocity preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred but not required
