Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Payroll Administrator will manage the administration of Time and Attendance and Payroll systems, ensuring accurate processing of payrolls and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, identifying and resolving timekeeping errors
  • Review and correct wage computations to ensure payroll accuracy and prepare manual paychecks as needed
  • Facilitate audits and maintain compliance with payroll tax regulations while responding to inquiries from employees and agencies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll administration, preferably supporting 800+ payees
  • Experience with Oracle SAS Payroll and Time & Attendance modules preferred
