Job Summary

To support payroll operations, the full-time temporary Payroll Administrator will manage state registration requests, coordinate with Third-Party Administrators, and resolve unemployment insurance discrepancies, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and complete outstanding state registration requests for compliance across jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators to confirm system access and validate account setup
  • Review and maintain payroll tax account numbers across multiple states to ensure compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in payroll administration or related functions
  • Familiarity with multi-state payroll tax compliance and unemployment insurance processes
  • Experience working with payroll systems and Workday is a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for resolving complex payroll discrepancies
