Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll processing for North American payroll
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommend solutions to payroll and system issues
• Engage with cross-functional resources to enhance productivity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payroll outsourcing or consulting industry
• Understanding of payroll software solutions and ability to troubleshoot
• Multinational payroll experience (US/CA) is an asset
• CA Payroll certification is an asset
• Experience as a systems analyst or business analyst is preferred
