Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations and data integrity efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve payroll records for audits and resolve payroll tax inquiries
• Serve as an emergency backup for the Payroll Manager and assist during payroll processing
• Build reports and dashboards while identifying data anomalies and providing insights

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in payroll data analysis
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, SQL, and advanced Excel functions
• Familiarity with multi-state tax compliance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
