Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll team in analysis and processing of payroll for accuracy and compliance
• Verify payroll tax applications and lead reconciliation of payroll tax accounts
• Collaborate with finance and HR to optimize payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll and payroll tax experience
• Experience with Kronos and ADP Enterprise (version 5 or 6)
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
