Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Payroll Analyst responsible for payroll processing and ensuring accurate employee wage payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify employee and timekeeping data
• Compute wages, deductions, and process payrolls
• Maintain confidentiality and record payroll-related accounting transactions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2-3 years of payroll experience
• Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of accounting/payroll principles
• Preferred experience with journal entries and NetSuite
• Familiarity with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
