Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full cycle payroll, including hire and termination processing, timesheet entry, and verification
• Respond to employee and external inquiries regarding payroll and prepare Records of Employment (ROE's)
• Assist with year-end reconciliation and act as a liaison for audit requests related to payroll

Required Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll role
• Preferred Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
• General accounting knowledge and experience with multi-jurisdiction payroll for Canada and the United States
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
