Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
  • Support payroll processing cycles through audits, validations, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain payroll, time, and absence reporting and dashboards
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience
  • Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws
  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite preferred)
