Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst, a remote position responsible for payroll data entry and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation of payroll for employees
• Calculate and enter supplemental earnings and deductions to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Review and validate payroll prior to disbursement and troubleshoot any issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant payroll experience, or 2 years of payroll experience with an Associate's Degree, or 4 years of direct payroll experience with a High School Diploma
• Familiarity with payroll functions and enterprise-wide payroll software
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong process and systems skills
• Proficiency with numbers
