Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll data analysis and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish processes for reconciling payroll data with financial data and perform weekly reconciliations
• Identify opportunities for payroll process improvements through root cause analysis
• Develop key performance indicators for HR and Payroll and conduct monthly statistical analysis for payroll budgeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
