Key Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll accuracy through pre-payroll audits and data analysis
• Support payroll operations, including cycle management and employee inquiries
• Enhance global payroll compliance and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-growth or global environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll data auditing
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
• Familiarity with global payroll vendors and payroll import processes
• Self-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
