Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process US payroll for approximately 2,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain employee compensation records and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and collaborate with HR and finance departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll systems and software, preferably ADP Vantage
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
