Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll audits and compliance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and administer complex payroll audits and programs
• Analyze and reconcile payroll files within established deadlines
• Ensure compliance with payroll systems and revise audits as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or experience required
• At least two years of prior payroll experience in an analytical role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of payroll practices and programs
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
