Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Process and audit multi-state payroll for a large employee base
• Utilize payroll systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 4-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payroll
• Experience in a large, automated payroll environment supporting over 10,000 employees
• Knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll
