Job Summary
Supporting the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage payroll cycles, verify timekeeping data, and ensure compliance with tax regulations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute regular, bonus, and correction payroll cycles accurately within UKG on schedule
- Audit and verify employee hours worked within the UKG timekeeping system before processing
- Generate daily, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, including annualized and total summaries
Required qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with UKG payroll and timekeeping platforms
- Minimum of one year of direct hands-on experience utilizing UKG software
- One to three years of experience in payroll processing, lending, or a related administrative field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- Working knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and state regulations
