Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-level payroll operations, the contract Payroll Analyst will perform payroll analysis, reconciliation, and auditing for a high-volume environment serving over 10,000 employees, utilizing advanced Excel skills and enterprise payroll systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform payroll account reconciliations and balancing activities across enterprise payroll operations
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and processing issues, supporting auditing and funding processes
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, HR, and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise payroll analysis or payroll accounting experience
• Experience supporting payroll operations for organizations with 10,000+ employees
• Strong payroll reconciliation and auditing experience
• Proficiency in enterprise payroll/HCM systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or Lawson
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
