Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst for a part-time remote position, who will manage hourly payroll processing, support exempt payroll as needed, and contribute to ADP system projects while collaborating with teams on global expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of hourly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Participate in ADP system configuration and enhancements to support payroll operations
• Assist with payroll-related workstreams for international expansion, including compliance with local regulations

Required qualifications

• FPC or CPP designation, or actively pursuing, along with an associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or Finance
• Demonstrated experience processing payroll, particularly with hourly/non-exempt cycles
• Hands-on experience with ADP platforms and knowledge of multi-state payroll laws
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
