Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Managing full payroll cycles for over 15,000 employees bi-weekly, the remote Payroll Analyst will ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality while handling complex payroll functions using ADP and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process full payroll cycles for exempt and nonexempt employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Manage and resolve complex payroll issues such as discrepancies in payments and direct deposit reversals
• Audit and validate timesheet data from HRIS to payroll systems for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong experience with ADP GlobalView or similar payroll systems
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments within HR shared services
• CPP or FPC certification is a plus
• Chargeback handling experience is advantageous
