Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely and collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for US business units, ensuring accuracy in hours, earnings, and deductions
  • Assist with payroll funding, balancing, reconciliation activities, and collaborate on tax research and filings
  • Implement process improvements and troubleshoot payroll and tax issues to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three years' experience in payroll data processing and analysis
  • Experience with Workday is required; UKG Timekeeping experience preferred
  • Canadian payroll experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with solid analytical capabilities
  • Associate's degree or applicable college coursework preferred
