Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely and collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for US business units, ensuring accuracy in hours, earnings, and deductions
- Assist with payroll funding, balancing, reconciliation activities, and collaborate on tax research and filings
- Implement process improvements and troubleshoot payroll and tax issues to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in payroll data processing and analysis
- Experience with Workday is required; UKG Timekeeping experience preferred
- Canadian payroll experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with solid analytical capabilities
- Associate's degree or applicable college coursework preferred
