Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, the fully remote Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees while balancing payroll groups and supporting payroll queries.

Key responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Reconcile financial accounts and balance payroll groups
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree and 4-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
• Experience in a large, automated payroll environment supporting over 10,000 employees
• Strong knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll for processing and auditing payroll
