Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing using ADP GlobalView, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and conduct data analysis to support large enterprise payroll operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for multi-state employees using ADP GlobalView
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Perform data analysis and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies using advanced Excel skills

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView payroll system
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools
