Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To support payroll operations remotely, the contract Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing and compliance for a large automated environment, utilizing ADP GlobalView and advanced Excel skills.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit multi-state payroll for over 10,000 employees using ADP GlobalView
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while performing complex payroll calculations
• Analyze data and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies using advanced Excel functions and reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and processing multi-state payroll
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a large, automated payroll environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables
