Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To support payroll operations, the remote contract Payroll Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit multi-state payroll for over 10,000 employees using ADP GlobalView
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for payroll calculations and data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 4-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payroll
• Experience in a large, automated payroll environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll
