Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing using ADP GlobalView, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while performing complex calculations and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for a large, automated environment supporting over 10,000 employees
• Utilize ADP GlobalView and advanced Excel functions to ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting
• Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of payroll data and formulas to maintain accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP GlobalView
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and standard practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and statistical analysis
