Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing and compliance for a large automated payroll environment, utilizing ADP GlobalView and advanced Excel skills.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit multi-state payroll for over 10,000 employees using ADP GlobalView
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and error correction in payroll calculations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in payroll processing, particularly in multi-state environments
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and statistical functions
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
