Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the remote Payroll Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing and auditing using ADP GlobalView, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in a full-time contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for over 10,000 employees in a large, automated environment
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and ADP GlobalView to perform accurate payroll calculations and data analysis
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and troubleshoot any discrepancies in payroll data

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payroll
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience
