Job Summary
To support payroll operations, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting practices while working onsite in Salem, OR.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise payroll processing activities, including maintaining records and filing tax reports
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and administer 401(k) plan contributions and disbursements
- Conduct training for payroll staff and provide policy information to employees in a customer service capacity
Required qualifications:
- 0-2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a large organization with multiple entities
- Associate's degree preferred
- FPC or CPP designation preferred
