Job Summary
To support a growing global workforce, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to technology enhancements and process improvements in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process payroll in various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness
- Review payroll data and reports, liaising with Finance for transparency and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and technology enhancements
Required qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in payroll administration
- Working experience with Workday is required; familiarity with ADP and OSV is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws related to pay practices
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for generating and analyzing complex reports
