Job Summary
Analyzing and processing payroll data, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage bi-weekly automated payroll for US employees using ADP Enterprise Payroll while ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory updates, with the ability to support Canadian payroll as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Execute, analyze, and reconcile full-cycle bi-weekly automated payroll for all US employees using ADP Enterprise Payroll
- Maintain operational readiness to process Canadian payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring business continuity
- Research regulatory payroll questions and stay updated on compliance to ensure system configuration accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll analysis, auditing, or processing roles, with exposure to Canadian payroll
- Proficiency with US ADP Enterprise Payroll and Canada ADP Workforce Now
- Solid understanding of US labor laws and tax setups, with foundational knowledge of Canadian compliance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FPC/CPP or PCP/PLP certification is highly desirable
