Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting with end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, the fully remote Payroll Analyst will manage employee timecards, ensure payroll data accuracy, and support payroll operations in a 3-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee timecards and run payroll calculations while ensuring accuracy
• Audit and validate 401(k) deductions and contributions, and process garnishment orders
• Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries and assist with day-to-day payroll operations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of U.S. payroll processing experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a fast-paced payroll processing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Experience with Workday Payroll is preferred
