Job Summary
Owning core parts of the payroll function, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage bi-weekly payroll processing in Workday, ensure multi-jurisdiction tax compliance in ADP SmartCompliance, and serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy between Workday and HR submissions
- Serve as the point person for employee payroll questions, providing exceptional customer service
- Verify timesheets and ensure compliance with tax requirements for new hires and terminations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance
- Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local withholding tax requirements
- Demonstrated accuracy in a high-volume payroll environment
- Ability to process manual payroll adjustments for wages and taxes
