Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting accurate and compliant US payroll processing, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage payroll data review, resolve discrepancies, and assist with payroll tax and audit requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and employee updates to ensure accuracy
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in US payroll processing or payroll support
• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of US payroll concepts, including tax withholdings and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, or timekeeping systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, or Workday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
